| How many calls can I receive at one time? |

We allocate customers and their toll free numbers to equipment based upon individual needs, so there is no precise answer to this question. Customers are placed on digital processing equipment, and the number of incoming lines are dynamically allocated based upon need. This high-tech allocation system is much more "intelligent" than a system that would force each customer to have a specific number of lines. If you have a history of receiving more than a few hundred calls per day, or you plan on receiving multiple calls in the same minute (e.g. following a television commercial), simply let us know and we'll evaluate your specific allocation needs. |

| I already have a toll-free number. Can I use it with your service? |
|
Yes! You'll need to switch that number from your present provider to our company's service, but as long as they allow you to "take" the number, then we'll arrange for the transfer with your existing provider. Simply check the "USE EXISTING TOLL FREE NUMBER" option when ordering your service, and we'll send you any applicable forms to sign upon receipt of your order. |

| I want a specific toll-free number. Can I do that? |
|
Yes! Custom telephone numbers are referred to as "vanity numbers" by most people in this industry. On our website, you probably noticed the free search tool, which allows you to search for available numbers within the public database shared by all service providers. Our search results should be the same as the results from any other provider. If the number you desire is available, we suggest completing the online ordering process, so that we can reserve the number before it is taken by another service provider, for one of their customers. At the time you place your order, you will see a nominal one-time fee to help offset the costs associated with the procurement of your desired number. |

| What equipment will I need? |
|
None. The service is run from our equipment. In the event of call transfers, we transfer the calls to any working phone number you already have. You don't have to change a thing! |

| How do I receive my monthly bills? |
|
One of the ways we keep our prices so low is by automatically charging a credit card for monthly service fees, and by providing you with an electronic bill for your records. This alleviates our costs stuffing envelopes with tons of paper records of phone calls, and we pass that savings along to you. Also, by providing you with an electronic copy of your monthly calls, you can archive your call data on your computer, and you can even search for a specific call with a few keystrokes. Want to print out the bill? We use the standard Adobe Acrobat file format to send all bills, and you can simply choose to print on 8.5 x 11 inch paper. If you don't already have the free Acrobat viewer software, we'll provide you with a link to download the software. |

| How do I pay my monthly bills? |
|
We will automatically charge your credit card, but never without supplying you full documentation of the charges, in electronic form, available on our website 24 hours per day. |

| What is my billing period? And, are first month fees prorated? |
|
Billing periods may vary in the future, but, at this time, we bill all customers based upon the calendar month cycle. Applicable service charges (e.g. monthly fees) for your first month's usage are prorated through the end of the calendar month. |

| Is there a long contract term? |
|
No. There are no long commitments. Your service is provided on a month-to-month basis. If you're not happy, you can cancel at anytime. |

| Why should I choose your company? |

| How is this different than ordering from the telephone company? |
|
National telephone companies also offer toll-free service. But they don't offer enhanced services, such as ours. We've spent countless hours developing this software layer that works in conjunction with a basic toll-free number. For instance, a telephone company would send all calls to one number of yours, all the time; but with our service, you can set up voice mail, set different ring-to numbers, create a main auto attendant menu, record greeting messages, receive cell phone / pager notification of voice mail, and obtain real-time caller ID information! And, as if the enhanced services layer wasn't enough reason to use our company, our prices are usually much less than the national long distance companies. |

| Can my callers dial from any city province or state? |
|
Your toll-free service is a nationwide service. Generally, callers can dial from anywhere in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Canada, and you won't be limited to callers who are in your area. We can also accept calls from Alaska, but if you require access from Alaska, simply complete a service request once your number is activated (there is no charge to reconfigure that access). Your number cannot accept calls, however, from additional countries; all toll-free service in the U.S., regardless of carrier, cannot be reached outside of North America. |

| Am I charged for wrong number calls? |
|
Yes, but fortunately these calls are usually quite brief. As with any toll-free service provider, we have no way of knowing what is a genuine call versus a wrong-number call. It is normal to receive a few wrong number calls, but if there is a particular caller phone number that repeatedly dials your number, we can block them from calling you in the future. |

| Can I receive faxes to my existing fax machine? |
|
Our service will indeed receive and forward fax and data communications to your equipment (e.g. fax machine) at your destination telephone number. |

| Can I receive calls on wireless/mobile phones? |
|
Yes, our service can forward calls to any mobile phone number and send unified messaging notification events to mobile phone displays. |

| How will I know I have received a voicemail message? |
|
Our system can send you notification messages by email or mobile phone text messaging. If by email, the system can attach an audio file of the caller's message. |
